try this amazing salad to WEIGHT LOSS  ,this salad will give your body the right NUTRIENTS  that your body NEED ,so you will feel FULL all the day while you are LOSING WEIGHT

INGREDIENTS:

1 (7 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained

1 baby cos lettuce, leaves torn

1 hard boiled eggs, peeled, rinsed,  dried and  sliced

 1/4 cup cooked sweet corn

 1 tomatoes chopped

cucumber, diced

Pinch of salt

  pinch black pepper

dressing ingredients:

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

 3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons vinegar 

Directions :

 1.) Whisk vinegar, oil, lemon juice  salt and black pepper  in a large bowl.    Add the cucumber ,tomatoes and lettuce  to combine. 

2.)in a new bowl add the previous ingredients in " 1.)" ,(vinegar, oil, lemon juice,salt&pepper,cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce ).

3.)on the top add the, tuna, eggs and corn in simlar way in the pis above

4.)Serve immediately.
